Developed by partners Bazis, Plaza, and Metropia and featuring the work of architect Rosario Varacalli, Exhibit is truly a “showcase for the extraordinary.” This 32-storey, 200 unit condo is meant for those who want to be noticed, since its design will stand out and define the street rather than blend in. The unique architecture of Exhibit is designed to complement the adjacent ROM structure, resulting in a stunning postmodern tower of 4 slightly rotated cubes, and an even more interesting Bloor streetscape. Each cube is its own building with differing design concepts. The interiors boast exclusive design from Diego Burdi of Burdifilek, the company responsible for the design of Holt Renfrew. The modern yet romantic lobby features hushed grey and taupe tones and remarkable drop chandelier lighting. The exterior of the building will make Exhibit a beacon on Bloor with white-fritted glass balconies and terraces.

With the RoyalOntarioMuseum as its neighbour, Exhibit is situated in an ideal urban location. The building is close to the swanky Yorkville neighbourhood, where some of the city’s best shopping and dining await. Bay Street and the Financial District are just minutes away, as are the TTC, Varsity Centre, Royal Conservatory of Music, Holt Renfrew, BataShoeMuseum, The Bay, Winners, and more. Exhibit is also near the gorgeous University of Toronto campus as well as all the excitement of the Yonge & Bloor area. Living at Exhibit puts the best of Toronto on display.
