Developed by partners Bazis, Plaza, and Metropia and featuring the work of architect Rosario Varacalli, Exhibit is truly a “showcase for the extraordinary.” This 32-storey, 200 unit condo is meant for those who want to be noticed, since its design will stand out and define the street rather than blend in. The unique architecture of Exhibit is designed to complement the adjacent ROM structure, resulting in a stunning postmodern tower of 4 slightly rotated cubes, and an even more interesting Bloor streetscape. Each cube is its own building with differing design concepts. The interiors boast exclusive design from Diego Burdi of Burdifilek, the company responsible for the design of Holt Renfrew.
